It is made from a substrate comprised of than 90% by weight of pulp fibers and cleaning composition that contains a C12 to C18 quaternary ammonium compound comprising one or more halides of alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium, alkyldimethylethylbenzyl ammonium, or alkyldimethylammonium; a glycol ether comprising one or more of: diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, diethylene glycol monopropyl ether, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, dipropylene glycol methyl ether or dipropylene glycol propyl ether; and water.
The pre-loaded wipes release the quaternary ammonium compound to a target surface and exhibit at least a 6-log reduction in a Staphylococcus aureus population within 10 minutes.
